Dear Drs. D. and Kara,
I wanted to send you this email to tell you that I think you have a wonderful staff – kind and caring, knowledgeable and helpful. Ever since I came there the first time with Lily, you have all been great!
Not sure you heard about the ‘needle incident’ that occurred last week, but everyone there immediately became involved and tried to help, even though I showed up at the stroke of 8:00 a.m. and very upset. Basically, I was afraid that, when I gave Lily her allergy shot on Thursday night, the needle had broken off and was in Lily. Melissa, Sasha, Cathy and Dr. Kara and Ashley were very concerned and totally empathetic to my state of worry. Sasha saved the day when she solved the mystery – the needle/syringe is self-retractable! What a relief! I just wish Walgreens had told me that when I got the prescription renewed and they had changed the supplier of the syringe.
After work, I stopped by to pick up Lily from daycare and there were 2 clients ahead of me. Melissa impressed me with her calm and cheerful demeanor. She took care of each of us in turn, focusing on the needs of the person she was helping and handling the situation beautifully. She didn’t skip a beat when 2 more people came in behind me. Melissa is a credit to your practice! Every time I have talked to her or seen her at the office, she inspires me with her endearing personality and genuine interest and concern.
Thank you for maintaining such high standards in veterinary care and the dedicated staff that enables me, and I am sure many, many others, to trust our beloved pet’s health and well-being to your care.
Carol M. (and Lily, too!)

To the doctors and staff of the Animal Hospital of West Chester. Thank-you so very much for taking such great care of our little Timmy. I know you said he was a miracle dog, but that miracle would never have happened without your kindness, love and experitse. Timmy is doing fantastic! We cannot believe how well he is recovering! He promises to stop eating things he is not supposed to.

I would first like to thank Dr Dehnbostel, Dr Ringenbach, as well as the entire staff of The Animal Hospital of West Chester and those involved with Carlie's Animal Foundation. The care provided for both Kit Kat and in many ways me as well, was nothing short of what has to be the best in the industry. Everyone along the way was caring, sympathetic, and most importantly, HONEST. Its a terrible feeling, looking at a pet you love so dearly, and feeling as though you are unable to provide the care he needs. I would feel sick at times, guilty that i couldn't provide the best care in the world for him. Carlie's Animal Foundation, provided that care for my Kit Kat, my buddy, that he needed. As a full-time care taker for my mother who suffers from Alzheimer's, my resources mentally and financially were and are extremely scarce. Carlie's Animal Foundation stepped in and stepped up to make both my life and the remainder of my buddy's life as stress free as the situation would allow. I am forever grateful for the help and support of all involved.

Ice & Jack
The pets in my family are very important. The Animal Hospital of West Chester and its staff have seen me through a lot of pet care. From putting my beloved Abby, a 12-year-old cocker, with heart failure to rest, to puppy care for two rescued pit bulls, Jack and Ice. Our most recent emergency was the diagnosis of an ingested foreign body for 18-month-old Jack, one of the two cutest pit bulls ever. Jack and his stomach foreign body, was not a textbook case. He did not have the usual symptoms and was quite a puzzle, but Dr. D listened, treated Jack with the best care possible, and never gave up putting the pieces of the puzzle together to solve the mystery! I would like to say money was not an object, but when I expressed my concern for Jack as well as my financial situation, Dr. D and I together came up with a plan to help Jack that worked for my family. You just know the every member staff at the Animal Hospital of West Chester loves their clients and their owners, too. It says a lot when you walk through the vet’s door with your pet, his tail wags, and someone always scratches his ears and says “Hey Jack!” That service is priceless!

Sammy
Dear Dr. D,
Thank you for all the special care and concern you and your staff give to our dog, Sammy. Besides helping him with all of his allergy issues, we know you do such a great job of caring and helping us keep him healthy and comfortable through all the seasonal allergies that seem to plague him. Thanks so much for all your care and kindness!
Dear Dr. D,
We wish we could find the words to express our gratitude for what you have given our family over the past several days. You cared for us and Bijou ("little sugar") in a way that ony an angel on earth could. You have been our unexpected miracle and will be in our hearts forever. Thank you for sharing your gift with us. With all our love,
Dear Dr. Dehnbostel,
Thank you for seeing our cat, Dylan. Our visit was such a positive, "stressfree" exam. You have a wonderful gift. I enjoyed meeting your staff. They were all so kind and thoughtful. What a great office! Thank you again.

Dear Dr. D and Staff, Thank you for giving us a tour of your hospital and teaching us how to take care of animals.
